โดยผู้ประกอบการที่ต้องการเงินทุนหมุนเวียนเพื่อเสริมสภาพคล่อง หรือต้องการเงินลงทุนเพื่อขยายกิจการ จะสามารถเข้าถึงสินเชื่อใน อัตราดอกเบี้ยต่ำพิเศษเพียง 1.99% ต่อปี ในวงเงินกู้สูงสุดไม่เกิน 20 ล้านบาทต่อราย
